The liquid secret of our salad lies in Robert’s hand.
Every 14 days he roasts sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and then presses them to make wonderful aromatic oils. Gently, so that as many valuable contents as possible, such as unsaturated fatty acids, are preserved.
