Unkle hansi

“It must be beechwood”, says Uncle Hansi, and he knows which wood is best for good curing results. He knows everything about dry-cured ham, dry-cured sausages, glazed honey ham, pepper ham, liver pâtés. He knows that so many people buy his specialities in our farm shop and that makes him smile with joy.

For Hansi’s ham many people drive for miles and miles to our farm shop.
